Client portal — common questions
Is the client portal an extra cost?
No. Portal access is included with every Levaru facility management and property management engagement. Owners, property teams, and tenants each get role-appropriate access as part of the service.
What can I see in the portal?
Work orders with status and completion photos, preventive maintenance schedules, your building's 3D walkthroughs and 360° documentation, and asset records behind each QR tag. What each user sees depends on their role — owners see everything for their buildings.
Do my tenants get access?
If you want them to. Tenant users can submit requests with photos and track their own tickets, without seeing owner-level financials or other tenants' activity. Many owners find this alone removes a daily stream of phone calls.
How do I log in?
The portal lives at app.levaru.co. Credentials are issued during onboarding; if you're an active client and can't reach your account, call +1 (703) 646-8300 and we'll sort it out.
