Privacy policy

What this policy covers

This policy describes how Levaru ("we") handles information collected through levaru.co. The client portal at app.levaru.co is governed by the service agreements of the clients it serves, in addition to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you contact us, request a proposal or download a resource — through a form on this site, by email or by phone — we receive the details you choose to share: name, contact information, company, and information about your building or portfolio.
• Technical data. Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting. On our contact, proposal and thank-you pages we use the Google Ads tag, which can also send aggregate Google Analytics data, to measure which advertising leads to an inquiry and to show Levaru ads to people who have visited those pages. Both set cookies in your browser; see Your choices below to turn them off. We do not sell or rent visitor data.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services, operate and secure this website, and measure whether our advertising is reaching the right buildings. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (such as email hosting, website analytics, and advertising measurement) or where the law requires.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email info@levaru.co or call +1 (703) 646-8300.

To turn off the analytics and advertising cookies described above: block or clear cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on (opens in a new tab), or adjust Google's ad personalization settings (opens in a new tab). Turning them off does not affect your ability to contact us or request a proposal.
