What this policy covers

This policy describes how Levaru ("we") handles information collected through levaru.co. The client portal at app.levaru.co is governed by the service agreements of the clients it serves, in addition to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you send us. When you contact us or request a proposal by email or phone, we receive the details you choose to share: name, contact information, and information about your building or portfolio.
• Technical data. Our web server records standard access logs (IP address, pages requested, browser type) used for security and troubleshooting. We use Google Analytics to understand in aggregate which pages are useful, and the Google Ads tag to measure which advertising leads to an enquiry and to show Levaru ads to people who have visited this site. Both set cookies in your browser; see Your choices below to turn them off. We do not sell or rent visitor data.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare proposals, deliver services, operate and secure this website, and measure whether our advertising is reaching the right buildings. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers who help us operate (such as email hosting, website analytics, and advertising measurement) or where the law requires.

Retention

Inquiry correspondence is kept as long as needed to serve the relationship and meet our legal and accounting obligations, then deleted or anonymized.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention requirements). Email info@levaru.co or call +1 (703) 646-8300.

To turn off the analytics and advertising cookies described above: block or clear cookies in your browser settings, install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on, or adjust Google's ad personalization settings. Turning them off does not affect your ability to contact us or request a proposal.
