Levaru was built to close that gap. We are a facility management and real estate services firm headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, serving commercial buildings across the DMV — and we run every building on a platform we built ourselves, where work is documented with photos, assets carry QR-coded histories, and each floor exists as a 3D walkthrough you can open in a browser.
The premise is simple: if you can see the work, you can trust the work. Transparency isn't a slogan for us; it's the product. It changes vendor behavior, it changes tenant conversations, and it changes what a monthly report is worth.

Preventive maintenance runs on schedule, requests move through the portal with photo proof, and every month closes with a report you can read in five minutes.
